How to make your own om nom noms.

I had this book and my mom uses this recipe to make Linzer Tarts. It legitimately been in my family for years.

Must reblog for recipe… Coooooooookkkkiiiiiiiiiiiiies!!!!!

This was from the first book in a series of Sesame Street books. Each of the later books had a recipe, and they always said you should first make dough using the recipe from book one. I had the series, but we lost the first book, so I kept seeing references to this mysterious, unknowable dough recipe. Years later, we found the first book, and I felt like I was finally seeing the secret backstory that had been alluded to but never shown. Some of those books also had a story about a jelly-bean eating monster. I have not seen these books in over 25 years and it’s weird that I remember things. This could’ve used a paragraph break.
